What does a second national lockdown in England mean for people in care homes and their relatives?

Charities are warning that continued restrictions on people visiting relatives in care homes could have a serious effect on their health. The Alzheimer's Society say people with dementia are particularly vulnerable to further deterioration if they don't have more regular contact with their loved ones. The Government will issue its updated guidance on care home restrictions today (Monday). We hear from the National Care Association which represents around 85% of care homes in the UK and ask what care homes can do to help ease the pain of separation caused by Coronavirus restrictions.

We've been contacted by British Airways customers who received vouchers instead of cash refunds after their flights were cancelled because of the pandemic. They say they're struggling to use them because you can't use them to book online and have to ring BA to book the flights over the phone instead. But there are delays in getting through to call centres with reduced staff and customers say by the time they get through, prices have often risen. The company say the vast majority of these 'phone vouchers' have been converted for use online.

And we hear from the founder of the ethical fashion brand Frugi on the true cost of sustainable clothing. Just how much should we expect to pay for clothing made with organic cotton, by workers on decent pay?
