Episode 1
Comedian Shane Todd examines the hobbies of our past from street games to chat-lines to breeding tigers, with original new sketches throughout.
Comedian Shane Todd travels back in time through the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ archive, unearthing his favourite clips and giving a unique comedic take on the people and stories of our shared past. He casts a millennial eye at the way we were – seeking out prime characters, crimes of fashion, 'interesting' pastimes and unpicking the big news stories of the day.
This week Shane examines the hobbies of our past from street games to chat-lines to breeding tigers. We meet Northern Ireland’s disco champion from 1978, and legendary reporter James Boyce enjoys an eventful visit to a home brewery.
Shane also brings his own brand of humour with original new sketches throughout.
