Is trickle down economics a moral bypass?
Pope Francis has condemned the trickle down economic philosophy claiming it leaves too many behind but doesn't the world, from our pensions to our livelihoods depend on profit?
In the week that Pope Francis published Fratelli Tutti - in which he condemned the so-called trickle down economy - the idea that when the richest thrive we all feed from their excess- A report from PWC told us that the wealth of the world's billionaires grew by more than quarter during the height of the coronavirus between April and July of this year.
