The price of peace - does that mean acceptance of your fate no matter how oppressed that might be?
September 21 marks the International Day of Peace - a day assigned by the UN to provide a globally shared date for all humanity to commit to peace above all differences but when we talk about peace what do we mean? Is it the acceptance of one's fate no matter how unjust that might be? Are there times when peace is the wrong option? What part does religion play in all of this - does it sit on the fence and side with the victor?
Presenter Anna Curran in conversation with Symon Hill from the Peace Pledge Union, conflict resolution expert Sara Cook, the Belfast Parish Priest Father Martin Magill and Patricia MacBride, a lawyer working with refugees and asylum seekers.
