From the interview archive, it's the man who had the no.1 single & album this week in 1979.
Gary Numan dominated the Top 40 with Cars, and he sat atop the LP chart too with The Pleasure Principle. He visited the studio back in 2012, and you'll hear him discuss his favourite early-70s music heroes, and talk candidly about the insecurities that have often driven his career to date.
'This Week In Music' features a landmark British album that celebrates its 45th anniversary, the death of a Glam Rock icon in 1977, and a soulful classic that topped the chart exactly 50 years ago.
On that same 1970 countdown, a legendary rock band were making their debut, so we'll mark the occasion by adding that classic single to Johnnie's Jukebox at the suggestion of Paddy Quinn in Kent.
Plus Johnnie has loads of your stories, requests, dedications and messages throughout the show.
