Rev'd Sue Lawler
A service led by the Rev'd Sue Lawler, Superintendent Minister in the Gwent Hills and Vales Circuit of the Methodist Church
‘Travelling on the road of discipleship’.
In this service, Methodist Minister Sue Lawler considers what’s involved for a life of Christian discipleship. During the service we hear Paul’s much-loved exhortation to the Christian community in Ephesus to ‘put on the full armour of God’. The road isn’t easy but Christians are offered the Gospel of peace. Hymns include ‘Soldiers of Christ arise’, ‘Will you come and follow me’ and We have a gospel to proclaim’.
