Recently several big name companies and celebrities have been speaking out about the negative and hateful comments people get on social media platforms. Our reporter Anisa Kadri has been looking at how people are have been coping with grief during the coronavirus pandemic. We’ll hear from Rabia, who lost her father recently, Zohra Kaku, from the Muslim Youth Helpline and Saeed Nasser, a bereavement counsellor. Plus, we’ll be discussing mental health amongst Asian men and the stigma around speaking up about it. Since the death of Bollywood actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, there have been calls for more safe spaces where men can reach out for support.
