The Wonderful World of Quizzing: Coronavirus Lockdown has unleashed our love of fiendish quizzes in what has become one of the crazes of Corona time – the virtual pub quiz! Although the real thing is off the menu at the moment, you can still get your performance fix with a virtual version and we’ll be offering guidance and insights in how to devise and design your own virtual pub quiz with veteran Quiz Master and regular Arts critic on the Afternoon show Ian Hoey.

Grant Stott will also be hosting our Streaming Film Review Hour: we’ll hear about ‘Radioactive’ – a celebration of the pioneering work of Marie Curie, played by Oscar nominee ROSAMUND PIKE, and we’ll also have an interview with the Director Marjane Satrapi

The documentary Cleanin' Up The Town: Remembering Ghostbusters is also under review – and a contemporary classic – Lady Bird -– a magical portrait of adolescence; Saoirse Ronan and Laurie Metcalf star as warring daughter and mother in Greta Gerwig’s beautifully observed comedy-drama.

All that and another chance to hear Grant in an extended, conversation, with the legendary Italian singer-songwriter, Zucchero - discussing his latest album D.O.C and his remarkable career: he has duetted with various international stars such as Paul Young, Sting, B.B. King, Miles Davis, Sheryl Crow, and Eric Clapton! (He also spotted Andrea Bocelli in a bar and got him to record a demo which Zucchero gave to Pavarotti!)
