Matthew features music for films which take their inspiration from mankind鈥檚 inconsistent relationship with the atom and nuclear energy. The programme is prompted by the release of the new documentary film 鈥楾he Atom: A Love Affair鈥�. Matthew looks at how cinema has adopted an often contradictory relationship with things atomic. He also takes this opportunity to look at writing music for documentaries with the new film鈥檚 composer Paul Honey.
