6 Music Festival 2020

On tonight鈥檚 show, as part of the of the 6 Music Festival, we have a live set from Black Midi to kick off the show and to finish it a set from Brittany Howard - Grand.

On tonight鈥檚 show, as part of the start of the 6 Music Festival, we have a live set from Black Midi to kick off the show.

Then an interview with Tony Visconti, about his Roundhouse performance on March 11th 1970 with David Bowie and band The Hype , where Bowie invented Glam Rock.

Rob Hughes will be joining us with a music paper and taking us on a journey into a parallel universe from yester-year.

We will close the show with a live set from Brittany Howard from the band Alabama Shakes.

6 Music Festival 2020 takes place in Camden, London, from Friday 6th March to Sunday 8th March and features headline sets from: Mike Skinner, R贸is铆n Murphy, Kate Tempest, Bombay Bicycle Club, Sports Team, The Big Moon and KOKOROKO as well as performances from Anna Meredith, Black Country, New Road, black midi, Brittany Howard, EOB (Ed O鈥橞rien) 鈥� who will be doing his debut European show at the 6 Music Festival, GAIKA, Ghostpoet, Greentea Peng, Hot 8 Brass Band, Jehnny Beth, Jordan Rakei, Kim Gordon, Kojey Radical, Melt Yourself Down, Nadine Shah, The Orielles, Robert Glasper, The Selecter, Squid, The Staves, Sudan Archives and Warmduscher.

6 Music Festival will be broadcast on 6 Music and 成人快手 Sounds across the weekend, with performances from Roundhouse, Dingwalls and the Electric Ballroom available to watch on the 成人快手 iPlayer and at bbc.co.uk/6music, with catch up for 30 days afterwards.
