Episode 20
Comedians Jamali Maddix and Bobby Mair battle for the best punchline and most profitable antique with experts Natasha Raskin-Sharp and Angus Ashworth.
On this trip, comedian and TV presenter Jamali Maddix takes on his pal, writer and stand-up comic Bobby Mair. Shopping and joshing through bucolic West Yorkshire, they eventually head south for an auction in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. On hand to help them are antiques experts Natasha Raskin-Sharp and Angus Ashworth.
Between browsing for bargains and battling for the best punchline, Angus and Bobby explore the fascinating history of the printed page around the city of Leeds, while Jamali and Natasha explore how the strange evolution of the optical toy led to the profusion of games and media we all experience today.
In spite of expert advice, one funny man thinks a porcelain parrot will be profitable, while the other invests in a toy robot.
