A service from St Mary’s Church in Conwy, led by the Vicar, the Revd David Parry. Many churches will be celebrating Creation Sunday. The preacher in our service is the Revd Stuart Elliott, Vicar of Betws y Coed, who has environmental and ecological issues close to his heart. During this service he recalls a mid-winter pilgrim walk to the ancient Celtic church of St Rwchwyn in the hills of Snowdonia. He ponders on the gift of light, and our place in the creation story.

Hymns include ‘All creatures of our God and King’, ‘For the beauty of the earth’, and ‘Great is thy faithfulness.’ The choir - directed by Christopher Roberts - sings a creation anthem by Beethoven who was born 250 years ago this year.
