Helen receives a blast from the past and Pip is touched by an unexpected gesture.

Freddie is aghast to discover that Bella has dumped Johnny. They head to The Bull, where Freddie pushes Johnny to talk about how he鈥檚 feeling. Johnny snaps and admits that it was Josh who Bella was seen kissing. Exasperated, he walks out.
David brings Rosie home from nursery with a special card she鈥檚 made. It鈥檚 a picture of Pip with the cows. David and Ruth sit Pip down for a chat: they鈥檝e decided to lease Oakey Bank to the rewilders. It鈥檚 only twelve acres, but they should see it as an olive branch.
Kirsty, Helen, Henry and Jack squeeze their way through a crammed Underwoods, looking for Santa鈥檚 grotto. They discuss Eddie鈥檚 hunt to find a Santa for the Grundy World of Christmas. Suddenly, Helen notices that Henry has disappeared. Panicking, they search everywhere, only for Henry to reappear with Lee in tow. Kirsty takes the boys to find Father Christmas and leaves Helen and Lee awkwardly making conversation. Kirsty鈥檚 frustrated to discover that Helen didn鈥檛 make the most of their conversation, what if it was meant to be? Helen writes it off as a coincidence and lets it go.
