Live from Maida Vale studios in London, the 成人快手 Symphony Orchestra performing Jennifer Higdon's Blue Cathedral, Ries's Piano Concerto No. 3 and Dvorak's Symphony No. 6, under the baton of Ryan Bancroft. Presented by Natasha Riordan.
Then, coming back to the Radio 3 studio, the Ulster Orchestra. our featured ensemble this week, with Mendelssohn's orchestral concert overture Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage, inspired by the same verses Beethoven set in his 1815 cantata of the same name. Presented by Hannah French.
