Louise Redknapp on life, love and starting over

As she returns with a new single Louise Redknapp shares what she's learned about life, love and starting over.

Louise Redknapp was in the first girl band to sell over 1 million copies with their debut single in Eternal. Since then she's had a successful solo career, married a footballer, had a family and went on to capture hearts again, as a runner up in Strictly Come Dancing 2016. This year she returned to music, and as she releases her latest single from her upcoming album, 'Heavy Love', she speaks candidly to Jason Mohammad about how she's weathered a difficult few years in the media spotlight after her marriage break-up, and come out fighting.

Plus, following on from World Mental Health Day, Rev Kate and Jason return to our Spiritual Gym - discovering something new, that can make us all feel better. This week they meet Stephen Graham from Clay Studio in Manchester, a pottery studio. Stephen will be teaching Kate and Jason how to make a 'pinch pot' and explaining how pottery, and crafts in general, can help your mental health and general well-being.

And our Charity Champion Charlotte Aspley has just found out she鈥檚 made the ballot for the London marathon 2020. She鈥檚 running for Mencap, who supported her to find a job 10 years ago. Charlotte has Mosaic Down Syndrome and now wants to help other people with learning disabilities access the same opportunities she had.
