In the first half hour Helen Needham spends some time with women who are attending a Next Steps Course offered by the Venture Trust. They live in a rural hostel for five days where they undertake a range of outdoor activities as a way of helping them work through personal difficulties and trauma. She discovers how the outdoors provides a calm and secure setting for them to look forwards.
