Hosted by Michael Ball, the Hyde Park Prom is headlined by global superstar Barry Manilow and includes Chrissie Hynde, Jack Savoretti, Gabrielle and The Lighthouse Family.
This year鈥檚 Proms in the Park in London's Hyde Park, will be hosted by singer and broadcaster Michael Ball with superstar Barry Manilow as headliner, plus artists including American singer-songwriter and founding member of The Pretenders Chrissie Hynde, English-Italian singer-songwriter Jack Savoretti, iconic East London-born RnB soul singer Gabrielle and star operatic soprano Aida Garifullina.
This year鈥檚 line-up will also feature 90s British pop giants Lighthouse Family; as well as Aled Jones and Russell Watson; plus Royal wedding singers, The Kingdom Choir. The famous Hyde Park stage will also host the seventy voices of Rock Choir, who return for the second year running, as do the seventeen piece 成人快手 Big Band.
Two of the most popular musicals of all time feature in the event. Les Mis茅rables, where stars of the current staged concert, Carrie Hope Fletcher and Shan Ako will perform a special medley of 鈥極n My Own鈥� and 鈥業 Dreamed a Dream鈥�. In a rare on stage appearance they will be joined by one of the creators of the record breaking musical Claude Michael Schonberg, who will accompany Michael Ball in 鈥楽tars鈥�. Jon Robyns, who plays King George in the West End production of Hamilton, will perform 鈥榊ou鈥檒l Be Back鈥� from the multi award winning show; and musical theatre Supergroup The Cardinals, featuring Carrie Hope Fletcher, Ramin Karimloo, Ben Forster and Celinde Schoenmaker will complete the section with a special arrangement of Lady Gaga鈥檚, 鈥楽hallow鈥�.
All of this, plus special guest appearances from the legendary Bonnie Tyler and Tony Blackburn and the traditional elements that make Proms in the Park complete, Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem and Rule Britannia played by the sixty piece 成人快手 Concert Orchestra under the baton of conductor Richard Balcombe.
