Kate and Jason enter the world of women鈥檚 wrestling, with Emily Reed and Mercedez Blaze from Eve 鈥� the Riot Grrrrls of Wrestling who describe themselves as punk, feminist and empowered. They share why women's wrestling is on the rise, partly after the success of the Netflix series 'Glow'.

Plus Mariam Khan and Anna Salem talk about their book 'It's Not About the Burqa'. Mariam has edited the book which includes seventeen Muslim women speaking frankly about the hijab and wavering faith, about love and divorce, about feminism, and issues of racism.

And they'll be joined by Peter McLeave who was a Charity Champion earlier this year and had a huge impact on us at GMS and on you, our listeners. Peter is looking for stem-cell donors to help people with blood cancer like him. He's heading off on the Crumball Rally to raise money for the charity that is supporting him and he's got an update for Kate and Jason about his appeal.
