Councillors decide in principal to support Belfast City Council's move to take legal action against the Department of Infrastructure over paramilitary flags and banners.
Local councillors have clashed over the flags controversy with unionists refusing to support Belfast City Council's newly-adopted position on the issue. The Belfast council wants to take a government department to court for failing to remove paramilitary flags and banners in support of the Parachute Regiment and soldier F, who's accused of murdering two people on Bloody Sunday.
