Louise chooses the Tracks of My Years

Louise, singer and Strictly star, chooses the Tracks of My Years with music from Stevie Wonder and Jessie Ware. There's the daily love song plus another round of PopMaster.

Louise, the London born singer, dancer and actress who first found fame in the nineties girl group Eternal, chooses the Tracks of My Years with music from Stevie Wonder and Jessie Ware. After her split from the band Louise went on to enjoy a very successful solo career and to date she's had eighteen consecutive top 20 singles, six with Eternal and twelve solo. Her debut solo album 'Naked' sold over one million copies and overall she has sold over fifteen million records worldwide and five million records in the UK. In August 2016, she took part in the fourteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing managing to reach the final with professional dancer Kevin Clifton. She was eventually pipped to the coveted post by 成人快手 sports presenter Ore Oduba. It renewed her love for performing and the following year she played Ray Winstone鈥檚 wife Irene in Tim Lewiston鈥檚 feature film 'The Hot Potato' and a few months later made her stage debut starring as Sally Bowles in the National Tour of Cabaret with Will Young. Her most recent stage performance ended only last month where she played Violet Newstead in the West End hit musical '9 to 5'. Earlier this year she announced her first new music in sixteen years with a brand new album called 'Heavy Love' due out in October.

Ken also has the daily love song, record and album of the week plus PopMaster. If you'd like to get in touch with the show email Ken.Bruce@bbc.co.uk
