Tory leadership hopeful Michael Gove admits taking cocaine - but should using class A drugs be a bar to becoming prime minister?

Can you be Prime Minister, if you've done class A drugs? Tory leadership hopeful Michael Gove has admitted he was "fortunate" to avoid prison after using cocaine several times 20 years ago. Apologising for taking cocaine, Mr Gove said: "I deeply regret the mistake that I made." This comes after another Tory leadership candidate Rory Stewart - said he made a "very stupid mistake" smoking opium while in Iran. But should this matter - when it comes to being suitable, to lead the UK government? Stephen got the views of former Conservative MP Edwina Currie and commentator and Conservative party member Irwin Armstrong.

Also on the programme, thousands of people attended a rally in Belfast at the weekend organised by relatives of victims of people killed in the Troubles. They were calling for legacy mechanisms to deal with the past - including the full implementation of the Stormont House Agreement. But the event has faced criticism from some unionists for not representing victims of IRA violence. Stephen spoke to the Ulster Unionist MLA Doug Beattie, and got reaction from commentator and Labour party member Phil Kelly.

And, the Defence Secretary Penny Mordaunt told a conference that she believes the Army's ethos can 'make a real difference to young people'. Options under consideration include using soldiers to mentor young people and sending more teenagers to military-style colleges where the emphasis is on self-discipline, physical fitness, a sense of duty and service. Would it work here? Stephen got the views of commentators Simon Warr and Brian Pelan.
