A playlist dedicated to the solo instrument by Deerhoof鈥檚 Greg Saunier who has re-composed a whole album by the post-hardcore band Fugazi for solo classical instruments.

Greg Saunier is an American musician, producer and composer best known as the drummer in the band Deerhoof. Over the last few years Greg has worked with s t a r g a z e, a group of contemporary classical musicians who formed the ensemble for the historic David Bowie Prom in 2016. Previously Greg arranged Deerhoof songs for s t a r g a z e but for Record Store Day this year he worked in collaboration with their conductor Andr茅 de Ridder to re-compose the entire In On The Kill Taker album by the American post-hardcore group Fugazi for solo instruments including bass clarinet, flute and violin.

In this playlist Greg will be playing the Fugazi originals alongside his arrangements and a selection of famous solo performances that have inspired him.
