What's the best way to support a loved one who struggles with their mental health? Qasa is asking this to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week. The Mental Health Foundation says that every week, 1 in 6 adults experience problems such as anxiety or depression. After that we hear from Sinthu Yogarajah and Iswarya Vidhyadaran about a new exhibition called 鈥楾amils of Lanka - a Timeless Heritage', which looks at how the Tamil community has been affected by the Sri Lankan civil war. After that Qasa speaks to Dr Rageshri Dhairyawan, a Consultant Physician in sexual health and HIV medicine at Barts Health NHS Trust, about a study she has done on Asians with HIV in London.
