Richard Hawley is live in session ahead of the release of his new album 'Further'. This is his 8th solo album, released as he celebrates 20 years as a solo artist.
He first found success as a member of the Longpigs in the 1990s. After the band split he briefly joined Pulp, before embarking on his solo career. He is from Sheffield and is renowned for his love of his home city. This album however marks a departure for him, as it's the first one not to be named after a Sheffield icon or landmark.
