NYOS Symphony Orchestra spring concert

Jamie MacDougall presents a special edition featuring the NYOS Symphony Orchestra in concert with pianist Steven Osborne and conductor Elim Chan.

Jamie MacDougall presents a very special edition of 'Classics Unwrapped' featuring the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland's Symphony Orchestra. This concert was recorded at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall as part of the NYOS 40th anniversary year celebrations and features Rachmaninov's passionate 'Piano Concerto No.3', Mussorgsky鈥檚 mighty 'Pictures from an Exhibition' and the Scottish premier of 'Liguria' by Swedish composer, Andrea Tarrodi. The NYOS Symphony Orchestra are joined by internationally acclaimed pianist, Steven Osborne, and the RSNO's Principal Guest Conductor, Elim Chan.
