This week John Toal meets 21 year old Phoebs Lyle, who was left paralysed after a hit-and-run incident when she was a toddler, whilst on a family holiday in Spain. Today, she is now studying Broadcast Journalism and recently wrote an article on how she forgives the person who knocked her down.
Ian McMillan is a man with an unquenchable thirst for languages. As well as being the head of German at Shimna Integrated College, he teaches classes in Spanish, Latin and Arabic. And recently, after growing up in East Belfast with no background in Irish, Ian has won an Irish writing award with his story "ClúidÃnÃ".
To mark that figs are traditionally eaten on Palm Sunday, Paula McIntyre is baking a chocolate and fig cake accompanied by a spicy rum chocolate sauce.

Inspired by growing up with his older sister with Down’s Syndrome, Newry born Eoin Cleland has written and directed the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ drama ‘Ups and Downs’. The film stars Susan Lynch as the mother to a 22-year-old son with Down's syndrome, played by James Martin.
As part of ‘All the Stations’ project, video producer Geoff Marshall and presenter and museum education professional Vicki Pipe - have travelled to every single railway station in Ireland and Northern Ireland…
And showing as part of the Belfast Film Festival – John meets Neal Hughes – the director of ‘The Kiosk’ – a film which captures the spirit of Belfast’s people – through the eyes of a barista serving coffee from a small coffee kiosk in the heart of the city centre.
