She first made a name for herself in New York where she collaborated with dance performers and composed works for Margaret Leng Tan, who herself is a long time associate of John Cage.

Kelly released her debut album for Warp Records on November 2nd 2018. The album is called Ultraviolet and on the inspiration behind the record, Kelly says: 鈥淚 was squatted down in the forest, listening to the sounds of the wind and the wildlife, and all the echoes surrounding me......鈥淚 asked myself: How can I make music that feels like this: natural, connected, and effortless?鈥�. The result is a simply stunning set of tunes that have been heard across 6 Music since their release.
