Call You and Yours - Have you taken your children out of school to get a cheaper holiday? The number of fines issued to parents who do this has doubled in England in the past year. The latest figures suggest that fines are at their highest rate since records began.
Parents often just pay the 60 pounds fine because they can save many hundreds of pounds by taking their family holiday during term time. But is that a good enough excuse?
