A million homes can be built on brownfield sites helping to preserve the English countryside according to a new report. Builders often prefer to take the cheaper option of building on fresh ground, but as Rebecca Pullinger the Campaign to Protect Rural England's planning campaigner tells Sybil it's not always cheaper to build in the countryside.
