Jack Savoretti performs live

Jack Savoretti performs live in the Radio 2 Piano Room and Fleur East picks the Tracks of My Years with songs from Van Morrison and The Spice Girls.

Jack Savoretti performs live in the Radio 2 Piano Room with music from his new album Singing to Strangers. The album follows Jack’s last two gold discs ‘Written in Scars’ from 2014 and ‘Sleep No More’ from 2016. The album was recorded in Rome at Ennio Morricone’s studio in Italy over a long hot summer and features Jack’s acclaimed live band: guitarists Pedro Vito and Sam Lewis; bassist Sam Davies, drummer Jesper Lind and musical director Nikolai Torp on keys. It also features co-writes with both Bob Dylan and Kylie Minogue.

Fleur East, the UK popstar picks the Tracks of My Years with songs from Van Morrison and The Spice Girls. Fleur first rose to fame as a powerhouse finalist on The X Factor in 2014 where she achieved a number one on iTunes with her version of 'Uptown Funk'. After the competition Fleur released the hit single 'Sax' which reached the top 3 in the UK Singles Charts and stayed in the Top 10 for seven weeks. The song also went Top 10 in Mexico, peaked at number 2 in Costa Rica and was certified Gold in the Netherlands and Australia. Fleur also went on to create an impact in the USA, performing 'Sax' on Dancing With The Stars, The Late Late Show and The Today Show. It still continues to be a huge record, with over 100 million streams on Spotify. Fleur's latest single 'Favourite Things', which she co-wrote, was released shortly after her stint in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! where she finished in fourth place.
