Kit de Waal has won numerous awards for her short stories and flash fiction. Her first novel 鈥楳y Name Is Leon鈥� won the Kerry Group Irish Novel of the Year 2017 and was shortlisted for numerous other awards including the Costa First Book Award and the Desmond Elliott Prize. 鈥楾he Trick To Time鈥� her second novel, was published in 2018 and longlisted for the Women鈥檚 Prize for Fiction.
