PM warns against another Brexit referendum, Gary Lineker tweets, and mobile phones in school.
Theresa May is to warn, later today, that another Brexit referendum would cause "irreparable damage" to British democracy.
Theresa May is to warn, later today, that another Brexit referendum would cause "irreparable damage" to British democracy -- just as some of her closest aides have denied reports they discussed the possibility. She'll tell the Commons that a new vote would send the message that democracy doesn't deliver. Supporters of another referendum say the case for the public having the final say is becoming overwhelming. Stephen got the views of TUV MLA Jim Allister and SDLP MLA Claire Hanna.
Also on the programme, 成人快手 Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker has been criticised by a fellow 成人快手 colleague over airing his political views on twitter. 成人快手 cricket commentator Jonathan Agnew said in response to a tweet from Lineker on Brexit that Lineker was "the face of 成人快手 Sport" and that he should "observe 成人快手 editorial guidelines". He continued "Keep your political views, whatever they are and whatever the subject, to yourself." Lineker responded by saying he could "tweet what he likes" and that he'll "continue to tweet what I like and if folk disagree with me then so be it." W do you think? Should Lineker - and other 成人快手 presenters - keep their political views to themselves? Even when tweeting in a personal capacity? Stephen got the views of commentators Fionola Meredith and Frank Shivers.
And, should mobile phones in school be banned? A new report published from the think tank 'Policy Exchange' said nearly 8 in 10 teachers had caught pupils using phones when they shouldn't at least once a week and 15% said it happens in every lesson. Stephen got the views of former teacher Simon Warr and commentator Tina Calder.
