Are you worried about the threat of the far right here in the UK? Qasa is asking this after the latest figures suggested that the far-right is a huge problem in the country. The Prevent programme, which is part the government’s anti-radicalisation and anti-terrorism strategy, released the figures which shows there has been a rise of over a third in the number of people being referred to the programme for far-right extremism. We also hear from Nik Adams, the national co-ordinator of Prevent, to talk about the referral figures and the impact it has on the British Asian community. After that it’s time for our weekly chat with our entertainment reporter Haroon Rashid. This week celebrity photographer, Manav Manglani, and wedding decorator, Syma Ahmed, join Qasa and Haroon to talk about the latest celebrity wedding that has taken place in India. And then Qasa hears from from journalist Anila Dhami, comedian Sajeela Kershi and entrepreneur Am Golhar for our feature ‘Ladies First’.
