Call You & Yours: have you suffered a mental illness at work ? The government promised that mental and physical health would be treated the same in the workplace. Now some big companies have written to the Prime Minister Theresa May asking her to deliver on that pledge.
It would mean employers would have to train staff to deal with mental ill-health emergencies in the same way they must if someone suffers a physical trauma at work such as a broken limb or heart attack...
