PM says it is her deal, no deal or no Brexit. Business leaders and farmers in NI have given the PM's agreement a cautious welcome.
The DUP's chief whip Jeffrey Donaldson has told the Ulster Farmers Union and other business leaders that they're wrong to welcome Theresa May's Brexit withdrawal deal. Speaking to Mark Carruthers on the View last night Mr Donaldson said he didn't believe those people had read the detail of the agreement and that there would be a detrimental impact in the medium to long term on our economy. Stephen spoke to DUP MLA Jim Wells, Tina McKenzie NI Policy Chair of the Federation of Small Business NI, Wesley Aston Chief Executive of the Ulster Farmers Union, political commentator Alex Kane, Conservative MP Simon Hoare and Political Editor of the Financial Times George Parker.
