A listener’s story about catching a cockatoo reminds Sean of the time he tried to catch a bird with a bin lid.

When a listener rescues a cockatoo, Sean remembers trying to catch a bird with a bin lid, a stick and piece of string until his mum said β€œcatch yourself on and leave the wee birds alone”. Meanwhile, Sean claims to have scored 46 points at Ballyliffin golf course – listeners are dubious. Sean is jealous of William Crawley's echo - and recalls the days when everyone hung a key from a nail by the letterbox.
