Should all new schools in Wales be Welsh-medium or bilingual?

Labour councillor Phil Bale says Cardiff should seriously consider only opening new schools in the city that are Welsh-medium or bilingual.
The former leader of Cardiff council believes pupils in English medium schools leave with "little or no skills in Welsh".

And, 50,000 jobs have been lost or threatened on the high street so far this year.
But retail experts Springboard say we should stop focusing on what shops we have and haven't got and work out how to make our towns stand out; to
"sell" a town's uniqueness to revitalize it.
