Kathy Lette, Measles, #MeToo in agriculture, Summer fashion

Kathy Lette on celebrating 60, calls to vaccinate with measles on the rise, sexual harassment of farm workers, how to stretch your wardrobe for the long heatwave and summer salads.

Kathy Lette is about to celebrate her sixtieth birthday - she shares her plans for marking one of life's landmarks. The number of cases of measles in Great Britain is on the increase. The World Health Organisation says cases have risen by 300 per cent across Europe. Public Health Agencies are urging children and adults who missed out to get vaccinated against the potentially fatal disease. We ask how well the #MeToo movement has spread to farms and the difference it's making - or not. We hear about the lives of women, from the vineyards of South Africa to shrimp farms in Bangladesh and the tomato picking crews of Mexico. How often can you dig out the same old bunch of summer dresses? We're only used to a few weeks of summer in this country, but as the heatwave continues: do we add to our depleted wardrobes or boldly style out our old favourites? And in the hot weather, a salad can make for the perfect meal so how can we make them feel more interesting?
