Katie Derham presents, with live music from the horns of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, who are in the UK this week for a residency at the Barbican Centre in London. Percussion group Ensemble Bash also play live for us, before participating in the Royal College of Music's Festival of Percussion this weekend. Plus violinist Baiba Skride, who talks to us down the line from Birmingham, where she is in rehearsals with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
