Georgia Mann presents a week of performances by the 成人快手 Scottish Symphony Orchestra. Today's programme begins with a concert the orchestra gave in Glasgow City Halls. John Wilson conducts an all-American programme including Bernstein's Serenade with soloist Ning Feng, and Roy Harris's Symphony no.3. Plus part of a new recording of music for saxophone and orchestra, with soloist Tommy Smith.
