What can be done to combat anti-Muslim hate? Young people are joining online far-right networks where they're spreading hate. That's according to anti-racism group Hope Not Hate. With freezing conditions and the snow disrupting travel, it's been a difficult time for the homeless and vulnerable people. Nihal talks to Nasim Ashraf from the UK Islamic Mission in Oldham, Randhir Singh Heer from Midland Langar Seva and Farrouk Zaheer from Makki Masjid in Manchester, about the help they've been giving, After this, we discuss racism in the workplace. Despite government initiatives to try and tackle the problem, diversity specialist Professor Binna Kandola says 60% of black people and 42% of Asians have experienced racism at work. His findings are in a new book 'Racism at Work- The Danger of Indifference'. Then we talk to actors Yasmeen Wilde and Ezra Faroque Khan about their upcoming play 'Elephant'. It's about sexual abuse and the difficulties women face speaking out. Plus, poet Nabeelah Hafeez talks about her upcoming exhibition "Through my Father's Lens" about the lives of Pakistani communities in Bradford. She also includes images captured on the camera of her late father, Bradford poet Mohamed Hafeez Johar.
