Sir Jeffrey Donaldson claims he didn't know of a side deal between Sinn Fein and British government. His party the DUP is propping up the British government, and yet the DUP's justice spokesman says he was unaware of a key side deal on legacy. Also on the programme, the Nolan Show can exclusively reveal this morning that the new critical care building at the Royal Victoria Hospital will not open for at least another seven months. The state-of-the art 拢150 million building remains mainly closed to the public six years after it was to open. But new problems including issues around drainage and ventilation means ten out of the 12 floors remain closed. The critical care building was due to open in 2012 but is still without patients and staff in its theatres, rooms and corridors. We have been given new pictures of inside the building.
