A serious case review says grooming gangs preyed on 700 girls and vulnerable young women in the North East of England with -- and I quote -- "arrogant persistence". A Leicester hospital has been criticised by a coroner following the death of a young boy with Down's Syndrome. We hear from Krishan Saujani's parents.
