What has changed since the ban on fox hunting? How are councils trying to beat congestion? Can you get fitter in a month even if you are busy?
It is 13 years since the ban on fox hunting began, but what has really changed? Animal activists say trail hunting is just a smokescreen and hunts can still end up chasing and killing a fox. Jo Crowley investigates. Traffic jams cost the country 拢9 billion a year, and the east has its share of jam hotspots. In Southend drivers spend an average of 30 hours a year stuck in rush hour traffic jams costing them nearly 拢1,000 a year, and the town 拢72 million. The programme travels to Essex to find out how councils can get us out of a pickle. And the four-week activity challenge - the programme shows why being active can change your life and how you can get fitter in a month even if you are busy. One family is put to the test by a sports scientist at The University of Essex.
