Mark D'Arcy reports on bills to: ban human rights abusers from the UK; re-unite child refugees with their families; and change the voting system for English councils.

Mark D'Arcy reports from Westminster as a leading human rights lawyer, Helena Kennedy, calls on the Government to introduce its own Magnitsky law and ban people who are known human rights abusers from entering the UK. Lady Kennedy, a Labour peer, told the House of Lords her proposals were inspired by the case of Russian lawyer Sergei Magnitsky. He died in prison after revealing alleged fraud by state officials.
