In this week's programme beginners can enjoy Blasad Beag, a bite-sized lesson in which Catriona Murray shares simple, everyday Gaelic.

For more advanced learners, grammar help is on hand from the programme's resident expert Dr Michel Byrne, Roddy Maclean takes a closer look at some of Scotland's Gaelic placenames and John takes a closer look at pronunciation.

The programme also features 成人快手 archive material which is used to illustrate some of the complexities of the language and an interview with learner of the week, Lynn Genevieve, who shares her experience of learning the language.
