Mark Radcliffe presents the show solo today with guests indie rockers Shed Seven. Fronted by Rick Witter, Shed Seven came to prominence in the 1990's, riding the Britpop wave with hits including 'Going For Gold' and 'Chasing Rainbows'. They formed in York in 1990 and were school friends who have grown up together. The band broke up in 2003 but reformed just four years later in 2007 and have continued to tour ever since.

Their new album 'Instant Pleasures' - produced by legendary producer Youth from Killing Joke - is their first album in 16 years. The album, recorded in a studio in Spain, is a comment on our technology and social media obsessed world in which everything is instant. As they embark on their biggest ever tour they join Mark to chat about their new music.

Plus, today sees the return once more of trusty show staple The Chain - where you get the chance to link one track to the one before AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T REPEAT - and Teatime Themetime, where you could gain instant VIP backstage passes to the office biscuit tin by being first to guess what connects all three records. There's also Music News, with all the latest updates on what's happening in the world of pop and a whole host of new music releases.
