2017: Scotland v Ireland
Live coverage of the Marine Harvest Shinty-Hurling International at the Bught Park in Inverness as Scotland's top shinty players take on their Irish hurling counterparts.
Jonathan Sutherland presents live coverage of The Marine Harvest Shinty-Hurling International from Bught Park in Inverness. This is a unique occasion as Scotland's best shinty players take on Ireland's hurling team in a match combining elements of both sports.
Scotland will be looking to maintain their form having won this fixture for the past three years under manager and shinty legend Ronald Ross. The key to that recent success has been the match-winning talent of two-point specialist Kevin Bartlett who followed his 12 points in 2015 with 13 in 2016 as Scotland won 14-5. Hugh Dan MacLennan, the voice of shinty, guides us through action with co-commentary from Fraser Inglis. Former Scotland international Gary Innes provides expert analysis along with Eddie Tembo.
