Trade after Brexit
Sybil Ruscoe chairs a panel discussion exploring the implications of Brexit for farmers and food producers who trade internationally.
Farming Today This Week takes a look at what international trade may be like for farmers and food producers in a post-Brexit world. Sybil Ruscoe chairs a panel discussion, with panellists David Hughes, professor emeritus of food marketing at Imperial College London, and Dr Phil Hadley, international market development director at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board. We also hear from a cheesemaker who exports 30% of his products, a salad grower who is considering relocating his operation to Germany, and a haggis producer who has changed his recipe in order to exploit a new export market in Canada.
Presented by Sybil Ruscoe
Produced by Emma Campbell.
