Cathy MacDonald presents live coverage of the choral competitions from the last day of the Royal National M貌d being held in Lochaber. The main competition features ten choirs battling to win the Lovat and Tullibardine Shield. Dingwall Gaelic Choir attempts to win the competition again after being triumphant for the eleventh time at Stornoway last year.

Along with Cathy to offer analysis on the L+T, and also the competition for the Margrat Duncan Memorial Trophy, are music teacher and conductor Lisa MacNeil, who lives and works on Barra, and the Rev Donald M MacInnes, who is a devotee of choral singing. The programme also features the winners of the Esme Smyth Trophy and the Mull and Iona Shield.
